"Ten" in the back office "paperwork department" provided a highly proficient sales documentation experience, too. I have 2 years Toyota car and I have worked with the service department on many occasions. As a person who doesn't know much about cars it's hard to understand and trust many mechanics or shops. I have never had to worry about that with Ourisman's fairfax location. Every time I am in someone always takes time and explains things I don't understand or have questions about. I have referred a couple people who have bought new cars from there. I definitely know where to go for my next purchase. Thank you all so much for all you do! More
