They make appointments at times that work for me, the car is generally fixed in the expected amount of time. If it takes longer than I can wait, they offer a loaner car and they do a good job of whatever the service that is needed. They have a great waiting area with tables, comfortable chairs and a kid friendly area. You can relax, watch TV or do work with plenty of places to plug in a computer. The available hot drinks and donuts are a nice touch too. More
Brian extended the most professional service I scheduled oil change service online. When I arrived at the service center, Brian Croy, the Assistant Service Manager, explained to me that according I scheduled oil change service online. When I arrived at the service center, Brian Croy, the Assistant Service Manager, explained to me that according to their records, my car is due for 50,000 miles service and the benefit of doing so as opposed to just to do an oil change service. I explained to him that the tire pressure light has been lit up every 2 months, and I needed to pump up the tire with proper air pressure for the past 2 years. I requested to have this problem fixed. Brian assured me that he will have the tech department to do a thorough check up and determine whether additional work needs to be done. About one hour and a half later, he came to the waiting room, gave me a great news that the technician found a nail on my tire and the problem is fixed. I appreciate very much Brian's positive and professional manner in giving me the detailed explanation on the service and the resolute in fixing the existing problem upon request. I will definitely ask for him when I need to have any work done on my car in the future. More

Excellence Custome Service The saleman who help me purchase my car sugges that I stop by because I had a low pressure light on my dashboard. After the repair division examined the tire the told me that I had a nail in the tire and that it could be fixed. Within 15 minutes with out an appointment the Manage of the Service Department made sure my tire was fixed. I happy and more that grateful that I have chosen Ourisman as the dealership to purchase a car and to make sure I have the best repair service. They provide great customer service on every level.
