It felt like I knew every staff member at this facility. Even when I call, everyone is more than willing to assist me. I thank God for bringing me to you guys. Driving from Delaware to Virginia Ourisman was not a waste of time. Thank you all for making me feel at home. It was great. The personal were very helpful. Tony Armendariz and Amard were very helpful in convincing us that purchasing a new Toyota would be appropriate. Ripoff Artist Extraordinares I checked in at 6:25 for a routine oil change on my 2013 Highlander which I called ahead to schedule. I also mentioned that my engine light had come o I checked in at 6:25 for a routine oil change on my 2013 Highlander which I called ahead to schedule. I also mentioned that my engine light had come on that same day. They charged me $124.00 to tighten my gas cap( why check engine light was on) Furthermore the time before I had told them about my headlights were flickering and that other cars stopped thinking I was a police officer or an emergency vehicle. They said I needed new headlights- $160 plus later and guess what my lights are doing the same thing!!! I told them again tonight that my headlights are doing the same thing-- " Our technicians checked them and there is nothing wrong " After getting in my car to leave - my maintenance needed lights were still on and my mileage sticker for my next oil change was not changed on the vehicle. I turned my car around and went back in to tell them " The supervisor came over and said" Well, your maintenance needed light does not automatically turn off after an oil change" I said that's funny it always did before..." They took my car and amazingly it took ten more minutes to get these issues resolved. Careless, unprofessional( my technician clearly did not want to be there when I checked in my vehicle)failed to resolve a serious and dangerous problem of my headlights. I will need to stop in to talk with the Fairfax County police station to share my safety concern. I am appalled by the lack of consideration by this service station to my and my family's safety concern. BTW- the service tech is not listed on your list of employees and would not let me submit this review unless I chose someone-- More
