Hi Samar, Thank you for your feedback. We do offer free car rentals for customers who bring their car in for service, however, as you mentioned there is a $5 fee. This is simply to cover the cost of gas for the time you have the loaner, similar to rental cars from Enterprise, Hertz, etc. Some customers may end up using much more or less than the $5 for gas, but it seems to work well in our experience.
