Making a service appointment with Ourisman Fairfax Toyota was very easy. Check-In was straight-forward, my service advisor was very cordial, and took the time to show me the service lounge since it was my fi was very easy. The VA inspection and 10,000 mile service was done, and they even took the time to wash my car before returning my car to me, a nice plus, that my previous Toyota service department did not do. The amount of time it took to complete the work, was in-line with the estimated time that my service advisor gave me. Overall I am pleased with my first visit to Ourisman Fairfax Toyota and would definitely return. More
