I just returned from a routine service. Kris went over and above in getting me on my way, and that is exactly the type of initiative in producing great service that we customers value. My appreciation stems from the fact that I was not his customer. Thank you as well to Thang, who observed me standing around. He inquired if I needed assistance and then--even after being told that someone was taking care of things--also hustled off to get a status. It is that kind of initiative that keeps us from dreading taking the time for getting service performed. Kudos to Geoff for the consistently superior customer service that goes hand-in-hand with the physical labor of keeping our family's vehicles in fine working order. We took our Tundra in for its 45K service and were very pleased with the service.
