It worked out great! I live in Idaho and was looking for a Honda Element with low mileage, good condition, standard transmission, and all wheel drive. Mo Williams sent me numerous videos of the car and assured me it was in real good condition. I relied on his representation of the vehicle and sent Shockley a security deposit. I then flew to Baltimore, and Shockley arranged for my transportation to Fredrick. Upon arrival at the dealership, the car was parked out front cleaned and detailed. Just as Mo said, it is in great condition and I'm extremely happy with the purchase. The deal was completed without a hitch. More

I searched for a used car in the Gaithersburg-Germantown area and was having no luck, so I decided to try the Frederick area. Shockley Honda's website was very user-friendly and after finding several cars I was interested in, I called the dealership. Bill Collings was our sales representative and he provided outstanding customer service all the way through our buying process. He provided a laid back, friendly, no pressure experience. Bill answered all of our questions and provided us with a checklist of the work that Shockley did to get it ready for resale. We took the car for a test drive on both highway and back roads which gave us a thorough idea of how the car handled. Bill also took us on a nice tour of the showroom, customer lounge, and their service area where he introduced us to some of the service personnel. Shockley has a nice showroom and their service area is one of the cleanest I have ever seen, This was one of the easiest and smoothest car buying experiences I have ever had. More
