When I went in to pick up the car Duane walked me through every available feature on the car and showed me how everything worked. I drove away feeling confident in using all of the high tech features offered on my vehicle. I had work that needed to be done, I called Shockley with two quotes from other places. I talked with Gail Sterling; she assured me it would be less to have the work done at Shockley. Juan was a great salesman. He asked what I wanted and found the car without a lot of wasted time and hassle. He understood my needs and did not try to sell me a more expensive car than I needed. My experience with the car slaesman was great, but the other parts were not as great. (See Below) We bought the car and filled out all of the paperwork on Dec 22 in the evening. We returned on Dec 23 at 3 PM to take possesion of the car and finalize the paperwork. The financing took longer than we anticipated because Honda FInance had to call my husband at home as he has a self-imposed fraud alert on his social security number. It would have been better and saved time and gas if the call was placed before we returned to the dealer on Dec 23 rather than have to go home to receive the call and come back again a third time. Also, I would have liked to be told that the Zurich Shield product would leave an offensive odor in my new car. I am very sensitive to strong odors and I would not have paid extra for it. More

Both rear wheel bearings in my 2007 Civic SI were diagnosed as bad by another Honda dealership. That dealer attempted to charge me $700+ to do the replacement. When I asked what would make BOTH whe diagnosed as bad by another Honda dealership. That dealer attempted to charge me $700+ to do the replacement. When I asked what would make BOTH wheel bearings fail at the same time I was told: You probably hit a pothole. Given the stupidity of the comment I chose not have have the work done at that dealership. On the suggestion of my daughter I called Shockely (the original seller of the car, but not convenient for service). I discussed the problem with the Service Manager and Chris Drennan, Service Advisor and was informed that both bearings would be replaced under the terms of the 5 year/60,000 mile drive train warranty. The work was done today, the car is in terrific shape, and the overall experience was terrific. I highly recommend Shockley and would recommend the dealership to all. More

Mr. Powers was exceptional in his efforts to help us acquire our new car. He was polite and professional in his dealings. He really went above and beyond, bending over backwards at times.
