I had a very good experience with the sales representatives, Vernon and Bre. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, so they were not pushy at all (besides the typical packages they try to add representatives, Vernon and Bre. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, so they were not pushy at all (besides the typical packages they try to add). The financing employee seemed a bit confused/surprised that I was handling the loan and down payment for my car without my husband chiming in much. I'm not sure why he thinks we didn't discuss this topic before coming to the dealership; he should just keep that opinion to himself in the future. More
By far the worst car-buying experience I have ever had. I have purchased several vehicles over the years, and I have never experienced the level of unprofessional and aggressive behavior that my daught I have purchased several vehicles over the years, and I have never experienced the level of unprofessional and aggressive behavior that my daughter and I experienced at this dealership. What should have been an exciting experience for my daughter—purchasing a new vehicle after her first car unexpectedly died at approximately 80,000 miles—ended with her in tears. We returned to re-sign the financing documents after being told the original financing had not "pushed through." As the primary financial guarantor and cosigner on this loan, I had reasonable questions and simply wanted to review the actual documents before signing. I was not willing to electronically authorize a blank screen without first seeing what I was signing, as forcing a cosigner to sign blindly violates basic consumer finance compliance. When I asked Finance Manager Angelo Karaca to print the document, he became extremely aggressive, slammed his hands on the keyboard, and raised his voice. He then lunged out of his seat and opened the office door so violently that it struck my daughter's fiancé, who was standing behind the door trying to help de-escalate the situation. Angelo’s aggressive, physical escalation created a genuinely intimidating and unsafe environment for my family, and he never even apologized for striking him. We eventually left the office and asked management to intervene. Ghani, the Used Car Director, apologized for Angelo's behavior and explicitly admitted to us that this was not the first complaint regarding Angelo's hostile conduct. By management's own admission, the dealership has prior notice of Angelo's behavior, yet they continue to employ him—creating severe corporate liability and a hostile environment for female customers. Angelo later returned to give a forced apology, but his demeanor remained extremely unprofessional and tense. Another staff member tried to excuse his behavior by saying he was dealing with "personal issues." Whatever personal circumstances someone may be experiencing, they do not justify intimidating, physically endangering, or mistreating customers who are simply trying to read a financial contract. I've purchased multiple vehicles over the years, and this was by far my worst experience. My daughter should have been celebrating the purchase of her new vehicle—not crying because of how we were treated. I am formally escalating this matter to the corporate Human Resources and Legal compliance departments to demand immediate disciplinary action regarding Angelo Karaca’s employment. I will also be filing formal complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and the State Attorney General’s Office for predatory financing and non-disclosure practices. I would strongly advise against doing business at this dealership. If you must go here, read every document carefully, demand physical printouts, and do not allow their finance department to intimidate or pressure you into signing anything you haven't thoroughly reviewed. No customer should ever be treated this way. More

I’m honestly at a loss for words regarding the service and treatment I received at this dealership. I called ahead about two Polestars they had listed and was given incorrect information over the phone and treatment I received at this dealership. I called ahead about two Polestars they had listed and was given incorrect information over the phone regarding the features and packages on the vehicles. Based on that information, I drove about 25 minutes to the dealership in the rain and waited more than 30 minutes, only to find out that the vehicles did not have the packages I was specifically told they had. That alone was extremely frustrating, but it was not the reason for my one-star rating. I want to make it clear that Sonia, the salesperson I worked with, was AMAZING. She was professional, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to work with. Unfortunately, my experience with management was the complete opposite. After discovering that the vehicles I came to see were not as described, I decided not to simply walk out. I asked if there were other vehicles in the inventory that I could look at, including Mustangs or new Civics, because I wanted to make the trip worthwhile. Instead of trying to assist me, I was met with an attitude that made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. I was even asked, “So what are you trying to accomplish?” At that point, I decided to leave. What makes this experience particularly disappointing is that I could have walked out immediately after discovering that the information I was given over the phone was incorrect. Instead, I gave the dealership an opportunity to earn my business by looking at other vehicles, and I felt completely dismissed. Customers should not be made to feel like a burden for asking to see other vehicles after making a trip to the dealership based on information provided by the dealership itself. I sincerely appreciate Sonia and the way she treated me, but the interaction with management completely overshadowed the rest of my experience. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this dealership or considering other Ourisman dealerships in the future. I would strongly encourage anyone shopping for a vehicle to verify the vehicle’s actual features and packages before making the trip. More
