They don't even deserve one star. I intend to do everything I can to make sure as many people as possible are aware of my experience with this dealership. I have documentation and evidence that I believe show the dealership failed to disclose a major accident in the vehicle's history. As a Virginia buyer, I was told the vehicle had passed Maryland inspection and was in good condition. However, the very next day after purchasing the vehicle, it could not pass a Virginia inspection, which raised serious concerns about the condition of the car and the representations made during the sale. The Sales Director was one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful individuals I have ever dealt with. Instead of addressing my concerns, I feel that my situation has been ignored and that I have been given the runaround. I have already contacted Honda Corporate, but after spending two weeks trying to resolve this matter through numerous conversations, I have received very little assistance. This review is only my first step. If the dealership continues to ignore my concerns rather than work toward a fair resolution, I will consider pursuing additional remedies, including seeking legal advice. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business with this dealership to conduct thorough research and carefully review all vehicle history and inspection records before making a purchase. More

the test drive person was fantastic and transparent and helpful but the person who did my purchase negotiation and paperwork resorted to high pressure sales tactics, was not transparent and made me second helpful but the person who did my purchase negotiation and paperwork resorted to high pressure sales tactics, was not transparent and made me second guess that my purchase was a huge mistake - thankfully the general manager was able to step-in and save the sale but needless to say, the use of high pressure sales tactics is a major turn off and I cannot recommend anyone go there as no one needs to put up with xx and non transparency in the advertised car sale price.
