I sent an email yesterday, July 21, at 4:54 PM to Mr. Chen and Victor Forchue requesting the removal of additional products—a 10-year extended warranty and 5 years of prepaid maintenance—from the financi Chen and Victor Forchue requesting the removal of additional products—a 10-year extended warranty and 5 years of prepaid maintenance—from the financing. I asked that we proceed with only the base vehicle price, taxes, title, and required fees, as those add-ons would increase my monthly payment, which I had already discussed with Victor during the purchase last Saturday. Mr. Chen and Victor called me this morning by 10:00 AM, and we met shortly afterward. During our meeting, they presented a resolution that was better than what we had concluded last Saturday. I am somewhat satisfied with their proposed solution and appreciated their effort to address my concerns. I have since received confirmation that the agreed-upon changes will be implemented. That’s good service, and I’m glad we were able to reach a fair outcome. More

A subordinate replied to my inquiry to Mr. Chen. Totally unsatisfactory! I bought a used 2024 Toyota 4 Runner from Ourisman. 45 Days later, they cannot seem to get the title from the auction h Chen. Totally unsatisfactory! I bought a used 2024 Toyota 4 Runner from Ourisman. 45 Days later, they cannot seem to get the title from the auction house where they bought the vehicle. So, this company sold me a vehicle on which they did not have a clear title - UNBELIEVABLE! Furthermore, when the vehicle was delivered, I was informed that there was only one FOB. There should have been two. Yet no one in this organization will lift a finger to get a second FOB, which they could easily do, since Ourisman has four different Toyota dealerships. Furthermore, in preparation for a road trip, I discovered that the tire jack and all related equipment for changing a tire were missing. More crickets. More
