My Ourisman Hyundai of Bowie Experience My visit to Ourisman Hyundai was fantastic. I was warmly greeted by Mr. Jerry Franklin upon my arrival. He understood almost immediately my needs in t My visit to Ourisman Hyundai was fantastic. I was warmly greeted by Mr. Jerry Franklin upon my arrival. He understood almost immediately my needs in the type of car I wanted to purchase. He showed me several Sonatas and then we took a test ride. I selected the Black Panther Sonata Sport model. Mr. Franklin demonstrated all the special features of the car, such as, the navigation system, backing the car, opening and closing the car, selecting my favorite radio stations, pairing my iPhone to the car, etc.. We looked at the Quick Reference Guide, set up my first maintenance appointment. He and the assistant manager provided straightforward and professional price information. He showed us the service area and let me know I could have my car washed free of charge whenever needed. I could go on, but, it would take up another space this size. I purchased the car in two to three hours that evening due to the professional conduct of Mr. Jerry Franklin. He has called to offer help if I have questions. More
