Purchase of new Hyundai Elantra I have been buying cars since 1977 (when I turned 16) and this was by far the best buying experience I have ever had. Marvin had our car waiting for us when we go there for our test drive. After our test drive he worked to get us an outstanding deal on our new Elantra. Then it was off to financing where Chu got us through the process quickly and efficiently while taking the time to thoroughly explain all aspects of our paperwork. Marvin then took us to schedule our first oil change and then took us over to introduce us to the people at the service center. He then showed us where to come for any service our car needed as well as where to come for our free carwashes. While the was all going on our car was fully prepped and ready to go with a full tank of gas. We will definitely be back to Ourisman Hyundai the next time we are looking to get a new vehicle.
