He's personable and people seemingly instantly like him. I've already mentioned Gregory and some facts about the Santa Fe. About the facility: it would be nice if you had a place to purchase a coke or something small (like crackers) when you've been there as long as I was. And when you're there the last day of the month the wait for the person to handle payment/forms/signatures was probably almost 2 hours. However the person I dealt with Chu Park was exceptional and on a return I gave him a book "the Coldest Winter" related to South Korea. It was a pleasure to deal and talk with him. In fact, all of the people seemed to be personable and polite. In reading this don't think I'm glossy over feelings:.My wife's 2009 Sonata was purchased at Ourisman of Laurel and I went back there several years ago to buy her son a car, settled on the price and next day with her son a different salesman stepped in (he was fundamentally nasty and embarrassing) said the price I had been quoted the day before was too low and he shouted at us. I complained to the manager too. I haven't been back there. BUT this Ourisman dealership is kinder, understanding and proud of its product. And that's one of the ways you are moving up. Donna Jones in finance was too rushy w the contract and talked about things that had nothing to do w our contract, which prolonged our closing the deal. I know there is st least one charge and prob more on the contract that I would have had changed/removed BUT I couldn't wait to leave. We waited for her too long and left after 9:30pm, and that was after getting there around 2:30! More

There were a lot of employees not engaged with customers, either goofing around or on their smart phones.
