After looking at the cars online, I knew exactly which car and color I wanted. I came into Ourisman Hyundai because my first purchase experience was great, my previous salesman was Chris Brown and I purchased my car on 4th of July 2012. This time, I looked online and decided to purchase Hyundai Sonata since my previous was recently totaled. Upon entering the dealership, a woman asked if she could help me. I asked for someone in the Leasing Department, she said no one was available now and she would be right back. Then Frank Jackson walked by and asked if he could help me. I told him exactly what I wanted, the 2016 Sonata fully loaded in blue. There were 2 or 3 on the lot, and I test drove one. Was ready to purchase, when he discovered they were not available for sale. Other colors were available but I preferred blue color. The next day, Frank called and offered my the gray color - I said I'd think about. One day later, he called really excited because he had locate the blue car from a dealer in Virginia Beach. We schedule a delivery time and the rest is history. I am proudly driving by blue 2016 Hyundai Sonata. Thank you, Frank! More

A Most Enjoyable Experience When we decided to buy a new car, we started by visiting the dealerships near our home. We were on the Hyundai lot about 30 seconds before Jerry Fran When we decided to buy a new car, we started by visiting the dealerships near our home. We were on the Hyundai lot about 30 seconds before Jerry Franklin came out to greet us. He spent a lot of time with us, explaining every feature of the cars, opening up any car we wanted to look at, and answering every question. When we decided to buy the car, he walked us through every detail of the process, again explaining everything clearly. It was a great experience and we love our new Santa Fe! We found every person at the dealership to be friendly, helpful and professional. Every person spoke to us, we were offered water several times by different people, and many people asked if there was any way they could help us. I highly recommend this dealership, and Jerry Franklin in particular, if you are interested in buying a Hyundai. More
