Inocmpetenece is too kind. At point of purchase, the dealership attempted to charge several hundred dollars more than the agreed upon price. We were "overcharged" for vehicle p At point of purchase, the dealership attempted to charge several hundred dollars more than the agreed upon price. We were "overcharged" for vehicle plates/registration. Ourisman sent a us a refund check. (We must have been the first ever customer to have Ourisman handle new plates/registration). Never heard from the salesman following the sale. Even though we had very low mileage, the dealership service department insisted we bring the vehicle in for "6 months" service (oil change/filter). This included a discussion with the "service manager". When brought the vehicle in for the oil change, was told they would not do it because there was insufficient mileage to warrant same. After much arguing, finally had the oil/filter changed. A month later received notification that vehicle was due for its "six month service". Called and given a pile of BS as to why the letter was sent and had that it should be ignored. FROM TOP TO BOTTOM, THIS IS THE MOST INCOMPETENT DEALERSHIP KNOWN TO MAN!!! More
