Also, when my husband and I said we wanted to leave and have lunch and discuss the purchase, there were no high pressure tactics to try and keep us from leaving. They even offered to pay for our lunch if we brought the receipt back and purchased the car! The paperwork was very fast and efficient which I really appreciated. Poor Customer Service at Ourisman! I would never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again or recommend my friends or family. Service Manager is rude and disrespectful. Sales Manager is belligerent and aggressive when you ask to speak to the GM. They do not follow-through with their commitment to provide service. Even so, they showed me the vehicles I wanted to compare and pointed out the features of each The dealer knew I was purchasing using a buying service. When I need to do a comparison to another manufacturers vehicle, they had the Hyundai I was comparing to waiting for me at the door 5 mins before they were closing and answered all of my questions. Follow ups by the salesperson were professional, courteous, and not pushy. Once we had everything lined up, our purchase went through in about 2 hours. The sales person also pointed out a rebate I qualified for that I didn't know about. A very pleasant experience. More
