I would love to start by saying my overall experience with Mr Brown and Ourisman Hyundai of Bowie was the quickest new car sale deal i've ever experienced. He was very patient with me even though i showed up later than my appointed time. He was very professional, organised and left no questions unaswered. Eventually i test drived the 2013 Sonata, got a great trade in offer for my 2009 nissan versa, numerous discounts towards by new car, all papers signed and tags transfered and drove away enjoying my 2013 Hyundai Sonata all in the time frame of 2.5 hours or less. Its been about 3weeks since and no one has called me back from this dealership telling me they forget to have me sign more paperwork or that i need to bring in any downpayment like other dealership usually do. So i highly recommend this dealership and salesman. :-) More
