Chris was an excellent salesman. He was the epitome of what a car salesman should be. When I came to the dealership, I told him what I was looking for and the amount of money I wanted to put down. There was no pressure at all, and he didn't try to persuade me to get something that was not in my budget. I told him what I liked, and had stepped away for a few minutes while I was waiting for the results of my financing. When I returned, Chris had actually pulled the car around to the front. We went for a test drive, and it was smooth sailing after that. After my car was cleaned, he even came out and showed me had to use the features (I told him I never read the manual), and he even set my stations on the radio! I am very happy with my 2012 Limited Edition Tuscon, and will always go to him for my future Hyundai purchases. This is my third Hyundai, and I'm a loyal customer for life. Way to go Chris! More

When I arrived I was greeted by Michael. He said that his team was searching for just what I wanted. He walked me and my mother out to the lot and set us up with a Tuscon to test drive. It was wonderful - the moment I began driving the car - I knew it was what I wanted. Although I was originally looking for a 2012 model with the exterior being black - that all changed when Mike brought around my beautiful White 2013 Hyundai Tuscon GLS. It looked like a diamond! It was almost like he knew what I wanted before I even knew I wanted it. It fit me perfectly. He guided us through the process of possibly trading in my vehicle to obtain ownership of the new car. There was no pressure from Michael whatsoever - he was extremely attentive with my budget, my personal wants, and the value of my trade in. Although I ended up keeping my current vehicle - he still organized a wonderful deal for this perfect vehicle that was within my price range. It was effortless. I returned the next day - discussed the warranty and did a quick overlook of all the paperwork - a few signatures...and I was out the door with my dream vehicle!!! We initially came to this dealer in the spring just starting to look for a vehicle this fall. We met with Chris Brown from the sales team. He understood that we were just starting to research and weren't ready to buy quite yet. He did not pressure us to buy the vehicle but took our contact information and said he would reach out closer to when we were ready to buy. He reached out over the summer just to check-in to ensure we were still on track to purchase this fall. When we were ready to buy, we had received several internet quotes from other dealerships. This dealer was able to give us competitive prices for these quotes and gave us a great price on our trade-in (matched the carmax pricing). We ended up buying 2 vehicles, the Tucson and an Elantra, because the price was so great! Chris introduced us to his sales Manager, AJ, and they both worked us to get the exact cars we wanted. They were so friendly and courteous. This was honestly the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I would not hesitate to use them again for buying in the future and would definitely recommend them to our friends and family. We love our cars and are so glad we bought 2! More

This was my first car buying experience and I was honestly dreading it. Everything was so effortless, and Mr. Brown was incredibly patient and just accommodating. He took the time to explain everything to me and didn't get annoyed or upset when my father haggled with him a bit. All in in it changed my perception of car salesmen and it was a great first car buying experience to have. i will compare future experiences always to this one.
