My daughter and I were shopping for her first car. She saw the exact maroon Hyundai she wanted on this website. Even though it was a bit of a drive we went to see it and take it for a drive. It drove great and Nick showed us all the paperwork saying the car was in great shape. We were still not sure so we left to see a few other cars. Nick did not pressure us at all which is the thing I hate most about car shopping. We eventually returned to buy the car. It needed a little interior work and Nick was on it. In addition,he contacted me the next day as promised to give me the information I requested on getting a second key for the car. My daughter is very happy which makes me very happy. More

Nick made purchasing a vehicle for our son relatively painless. I mean, we still had to pay for it but the rest of the experience was very pleasant. Because we live in the Westminster area, I called to make sure the car was still at the dealer before we went down to look at it. Nick was the one I spoke to on the phone. He was friendly and informative. When we were able to get to the showroom later that afternoon, Nick greated us personally even though he was with another client. He showed us the car, gave us the keys for a test drive and kept touching base with us while finishing up with his other client. We drove away with the car that night and needless to say, our son was thrilled when he saw it. Thanks, Nick! More
This is the second used car that I have purchased. The first was at Fitz Mall about six years ago. I will go back to Fitz Mall next time. When I returned to purchase the car, the person who I had initially dealt with had been fired as had the supposed used car sales manager. Nick finished up the deal, but not without some surprises. My suggestion to you, if you do buy a used car from Ourisman is to first, pin down what the cost of the "inspection" will add to the Internet price of the car as the inspection that the initial (fired) sales person refered to is not the Maryland inspection, but the "inspection" and subsequent work that Ourisman does to the car to make it sale ready. There can be a HUGE difference and can really add to your car's price at the last moment. Also, pin down the exact meaning of the 30 day, 1000 mile warranty. The cruise went within five days after purchasing the car, however, Ourisman will not cover the cost as the cruise is not part of the Maryland Inspection nor the power train warranty. Granted, all of this I take responsibility for as I did not get the details in writing, but one would think that a large dealership like Ourisman would be more on the up-and-up. Fitz Mall certainly was. They even fixed a throttle problem four months after the warranty expired. They are a dealership that has integrity and stand by their cars. I cannot say this about Ourisman. Finally, take Ourisman's ratings with a grain of salt. Soon after my used car purchase was completed, I received a letter from Nick that if I submitted a review of my experience that included all five star ratings, I could come by Ourisman for a free tank of gas or a free detail. This struck me as odd. If the dealership was confidant that people were having such a positive experience, why would they need to pay people for a good review? More

I have known Nick for years so when it was time to buy a car he was the first person I called. I am so glad I did. After knowing him for the last 5 years as a friend I had know idea how good of a salesman h car he was the first person I called. I am so glad I did. He sat me down and took the time to figure out what my needs and goals were to achieve during my recent car sales. I told what payment I wanted and he made me stick to that even though like anyone else you see other cars that you really can not afford. I respect that about him. Any other salesman will try to sell you the most expensive. I am asingle mom of 2 so that went a long way with me. I earned so much more respect for him not only as a friend but as a businessman. I have purchased several cars in the past from him, in all to date is four and referred many others whom have purchased vehicles there as well. I will continue to spread the good word about your dealership and inform all my friends and family to buy a car from your dealership! The key to making the sale was the fact that Mr. Cutlip wasn't sleazy or deceptive. He did a great job. Other dealers I dealt didn't look my way when I came on the lot, because as a basketball coach I like to wear my sweats and be comfortable so it appears I’m only looking and not wanting to buy. This is one reason I drive a Challenger and not the Camero today. Appearances, can be deceiving which Mr. Cutlip takse in to account and that is why he has slod several caes to myself and my friends. It was an overall pleasant experience with Mr. Cutlip as my salesman, and I will return there for my next purchase. More
