Booked an appointment for Oil&Filter and Coolant Flush. Found out needed front brakes too. The team was able to do all services with in ~3 hr at a competitive cost using original Lexus parts. I was able to login to work using the free WiFi in the customer waiting area so I didn’t miss work. Nelson kept me updated on progress and it was clear the team was very organized and focused on the customer. While in the customer waiting area I was able to observe how the team handled other customers. In one instance a customer had a costly unexpected repair. The team was very accommodating: parts would be shipped to the dealer next day, a loaner was made available and the outcome of not doing the repair was clearly detailed. Highly recommend this dealership. More
