Let’s just start off by saying I’ve gotten two cars from this place. First one was a 2014 Lexus GS350. After driving in the rain I realized my automatic wipers didn’t work. Also realized on the test drive that the tire pressure sensor light was on, I was informed it would be fixed after we signed the paperwork and to bring it back in. My breaks were also screeching the day after I bought it… and I’m not talking about your regular GS350 problematic squeeing breaks, it sounded as if a caliber was stuck. Brought all three things into Lexus, they told me there was nothing they could do and that the manager wouldn’t authorize to get it done (Even though one of the problems I was told bring it back in from Tony we’ll get it fixed). Wasted an hour there and an hour back. After awhile I got over it and realized you know the problems weren’t so bad and overall I had a pretty great buying experience and great apr rate (Thanks to Arnold. He was the best person I dealt with in BOTH buying experiences.) Then, my boyfriend was having car troubles with his ‘older’ Honda Accord and decided it was time for an upgraded. I recommended him here because the great rate they were able to get me and overall I haven’t had anymore problems out of my car. Worst thing I’ve ever done!!!!!! I’m SO embarrassed about referring him here!!!!!!! Never again will I buy a car here and will most definitely spread the word on how selfish these guys are… Let’s start off by saying we were there for 6 hours. Which was okay considering they were just trying to find us the perfect rate that works for us. Everything was great up until after the test drive my boyfriend said someone about a shaking while driving the car… he said something to the sales person and he informed us ‘Thats okay! Let’s get the paperwork settled! We have a service department just bring it back in tomorrow’ which made sense because he knew we had to leave so I figured he was doing us a favor. Which I’m sure he was. Overall he was excellent, the trouble was when we came to the service department with the same problem we talked to him about that day; the shaking. We informed them that his mechanic cousin drove it and said that he doesn’t think they performed the alignment or balance correctly. So we took it there, an hour up an hour back, to sit there for 6 hours to get told ‘well we performed the alignment but can’t balance your tire because your left front rim is bent’ we looked at each other like ‘WHAT!’, he proceeded to ask us things like ‘well did you hit anything’ ?!?!?! We just got the car two days ago!! No we did NOT hit anything! To make it worse the coffee machine didn’t work the whole 6 hours we were there LOL…. everything just became a joke after awhile. Like are they joking with us? The man told us okay I’m going to call the used sales department tomorrow to see what we’re going to do about it and put you in another car? An hour later he says we’re just waiting on your alignment to get finished… at that point me and my boyfriend were confused cause why are we driving off the lot with a bent rim after he said he was going to give us a loaner….. we just let it go considering he sounded like it WOULD get fixed. Monday comes my boyfriend had to call them several times and gave them several hours to call back with an answer on what they are going to do about it…. Long story short they said they will do absolutely nothing since the car was sold as is?!?! Excuse me? This car should have NEVER passed Maryland inspection and now this situation has me concerned about what’s wrong with my car? If his car passed in their eyes what could possibly be wrong with mine? Not to mention it’s kinda suspicious that me and my boyfriend looked at the carfax again and noticed they put new tires and balanced every tire but the tire that had the bent rim… hmmmm? Overall me and my boyfriend both agreed if we were able to give our cars back to them, we absolutely WOULD!!!! I will never, I promise, buy another car here. I work in customer service and let me tell you this place lacks it after you sign the paperwork. Before you sign they are perfect, after you sign it’s like you don’t even exist. It’s truly disturbing, rude, and honestly quite embarrassing. More
