The service guy Andres was really nice but the dealership quality has gone down since taken over by ourisman. The waiting area is not properly stocked with snack’s especially when people are waiting for more quality has gone down since taken over by ourisman. The waiting area is not properly stocked with snack’s especially when people are waiting for more than 2 hours while their car has been worked on. I had to wait wait almost 2 1/2 hours. Also I checked around with my friends who own Lexus. This dealer ship charges are very high. Every time I go it’s almost more than $500 even though I don’t drive my car very much at all. More
