I had a positive car buying experience at the Lexus of Rockville (now Ourisman Lexus of Rockville) dealership and have continued a 10 year relationship with the service department at the dealership. I hav Rockville (now Ourisman Lexus of Rockville) dealership and have continued a 10 year relationship with the service department at the dealership. I have always been very pleased with the quality of the service and maintenance, professionalism, transparency and courtesy of the service dept staff. My car is always clean when returned and maintenance/repairs are completed satisfactorily within the estimated timeframe for completion. I trust the serve advisors and would buy another vehicle from this dealership! More
