Brand new car with less than 500 miles on it and I noticed a tire defect. Plain n simple. By all rights a dealership did not have to do a thing. But oarsman Lexus went above and beyond and made me who noticed a tire defect. Plain n simple. By all rights a dealership did not have to do a thing. But oarsman Lexus went above and beyond and made me whole by replacing the tire. Most car dealerships would have told me too bad unless I had purchased extra tire insurance. I had an absolutely positive experience when buying my new car. Tim was great from the time we walked in the door to the time we drove off the lot in our new car. Shawn was great! We discussed what work needed to be done and then kept me updated on progress. They tested the battery and found it needed replacement. So thankful I was able to replace it BEFORE it done and then kept me updated on progress. They tested the battery and found it needed replacement.
