Brand new car with less than 500 miles on it and I noticed a tire defect. Plain n simple. By all rights a dealership did not have to do a thing. But oarsman Lexus went above and beyond and made me who noticed a tire defect. Plain n simple. By all rights a dealership did not have to do a thing. But oarsman Lexus went above and beyond and made me whole by replacing the tire. Most car dealerships would have told me too bad unless I had purchased extra tire insurance. So thankful I was able to replace it BEFORE it done and then kept me updated on progress. They tested the battery and found it needed replacement.
