Our search took us several months and Tim was never in a hurry or pressured us to make a decision so when we finally selected our Lexus NX300H, we knew it was our decision and not something we were pressured into. We loved Tim's sense of humor and that he was quick to respond to our questions, looking for answers if he didn't have them immediately. He is truly an asset to Lexus. Immediately being greeted by a service consultant (I worked with Henry - he's top notch!) to quickly discuss what's needed and then pointed to the comfortable lounge area to relax and catch a whiff of some freshly baked cookies. After a reasonable amount of time goes by, Henry came by to discuss everything the service tech found and recommended. He made sure to describe everything to me so that I could make an informed decision. Another short wait, couple more cookies, and the car is all set. I highly recommend Lexus of Rockville! More
