Customer for life - I recently worked with Hector Zacipa on the purchase of a new Lexus GX550 for my wife and will say that they've earned a customer for life. I had inquired with multiple dealers in the area about the new GX and Ourisman Lexus of Rockville was the only one in the area that treated me like a buyer and not another lead. Hector makes an honest attempt to know his buyers and identify their needs. It's refreshing to work with a sales person that did more listening than talking. We chatted with the General Manager Jesse Drost and it was apparent that our experience was driven from the top-down. He made himself available for anything we needed and was personally there when we took delivery of the vehicle. I appreciate his oversight in managing such a large operation and his leadership is what's earned the critical acclaim. Hello I’ve mentioned my last three visits to Lexus of Rockville that my truck was pulling/jerking when I go and stop mainly between 0-30mph. The problem continued to get worse and each visit I was told o Rockville that my truck was pulling/jerking when I go and stop mainly between 0-30mph. The problem continued to get worse and each visit I was told oh that’s the ECO mode on the NX it’s saving gas try to switch to NORMAL when driving, I was also told it was the gas injector I should just replace that… it’s just bad gas. On my third visit which was June 29 i complained again and this time they finally listened and said it’s your transmission that’s going to be 12k. Few issues here … I’ve been driving 300 miles one way taking care of a sick family member! What if I got stuck on the side of the highway or what if my truck just cut off while driving any where? Thank God I was able to sell my truck quickly elsewhere and not be stuck with a transmission bill and a car note. Do better Lexus of Rockville!!!! Train your mechanics and associates to listen to the customer!!!! More

Not too happy with the explanation given for the trouble I can smell for my new car from the service department. It is an expensive vehicle and only Three months old to me.
