If I could provide a zero, I would. My experience with purchasing a use vehicle from this dealership was horrible. First of all, I felt I was low balled on the trade-in. I received w My experience with purchasing a use vehicle from this dealership was horrible. First of all, I felt I was low balled on the trade-in. I received word of mouth on what I would receive on the trade-in instead of the dealership providing a Carfax report on the value of the vehicle but received a Carfax report on the vehicle being sold. I did challenge the amount but the use car sale manager would not budge much on the price, not much negotiation. I was in the low range of the Kelly Blue book value so I thought it was ok. However, I received a Carfax report a week later in my email on the value of the vehicle and realized the dealership could have provided more on the trade-in. Three weeks later, I took the vehicle out of town and when I returned to my state of residence, the temperature gauge for the engine or radiator reported High. I have not driven the vehicle at all only from the dealership and back to my home of residence since the purchase. Called the dealer and texted my sales person for assistance and was told I had to take the vehicle to the Audi dealership since it is still under warranty. The vehicle was less than 30 days old and I thought the dealership would have provided assistance but received an answer that the only warranty given is 30 days powertrain warranty. Any warranty from the dealership was never mentioned prior to the sell. Smh! This is awful and poor customer service. I called several times to talk to the general manager of the dealership but never received a call back. I am a Vet and received this type of service. Poor customer service. Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. More

I realized 3 days after I traded in my care that I left house keys inside, I contacted the dealership and they went above and beyond to retrieve them from the lot that the car was about to be shipped from for auction. I'm a new satisfied customer. More
