As my first time at that location, the advisors service was very poor. They did not go out of their way to help. My advisor Andres was condescending and never really listened to what I wanted. I ended up getting a 90k service on my vehicle and they stated among other things they conducted a road test. As per my dashcam, that was not done. What other things were claimed to be done but were not done. That will be the first and last time I get my service done in that location. I would rather travel 100 miles to another location where I will feel more appreciated and get my money's worth. More
