Ourisman Lexus of Rockville is very convenient for me however, I tend to go to Chantilly. The service is slightly better when you compare the actual service to the vehicle. However, I really dislike waiting while my care is being serviced at Ourisman. No television, computer service or refreshments. The average time to wait for your car is one to two hours. There are no convenient stores in walking distance, therefore I would at least expect a bag of chips or an apple while I wait. Nevertheless, the employees work hard to keep their customers as happy as possible. Owners, please step up like your employees. More

My customer service rep was terrific- Hector- very patient and helpful. He spent a great deal of time helping me choose the right car and explained the features as well as the tech. As with all car buying experiences- it takes a great deal of time between deciding to buy the car and actually doing it. The finance guy was a bit too slick for me and by the time it was actually to buy the car - we are so worn down we just want to get it done and perhaps go with the advice given and spend more than we actually want to.
