Ourisman Lexus of Rockville is very convenient for me however, I tend to go to Chantilly. The service is slightly better when you compare the actual service to the vehicle. There are no convenient stores in walking distance, therefore I would at least expect a bag of chips or an apple while I wait. Nevertheless, the employees work hard to keep their customers as happy as possible. Owners, please step up like your employees. More
