Had a positive experience leasing a new vehicle and also buying a used vehicle. UK our sales representative did a fantastic job eventually making both transactions work for us. Follow Up: Based on Ourisman Lexus of Rockville’s response to my review, I think it warrants my reply that reinforces why you should not trust them. I have been in contact with Ourisman Lexus’s Pre- response to my review, I think it warrants my reply that reinforces why you should not trust them. I have been in contact with Ourisman Lexus’s Pre-Owned Sales Manager (via phone), Pre-Owned Sales Director (via phone) and General Manager (via e-mail) on this issue. I even recommended a solution where we would pay for the parts related to the spark plugs and coils and they would pay for the labor. I was told by the General Manager “we don’t usually open that can of worms” and never got a follow-up response. This was within the last week and a half. So, in their response, Ourisman Lexus is either falsely acting like this is first they have heard about this situation, or they are falsely acting like the General Manager actually reads and responds to the reviews. At this point, we are not interested in anything else from them. We just want others to be aware and factor this into their decision on whether to spend money at Ourisman Lexus of Rockville. More

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR THE CARS THEY SELL! ! I highly recommend you spend your money elsewhere. On March 25, we bought a 2019 VW Golf Sportwagen from them. Within three weeks, it was misfir ! I highly recommend you spend your money elsewhere. On March 25, we bought a 2019 VW Golf Sportwagen from them. Within three weeks, it was misfiring and hesitating badly, and the check engine light came on. We took it to an Ourisman Volkswagen (at this Ourisman’s request) and they replaced the oil pressure regulator valve. They also advised that it definitely needed an alignment or it would be a safety hazard, which seemingly should have been caught in some type of quality assurance with Ourisman Lexus. But we paid for the alignment. After this work, the car still was not running smoothly but there were no codes and no check engine lights to get looked at. Less than two months later, it was hesitating and misfiring again. We took it to Ourisman VW and they said it needs new spark plugs and coils. Within less than three months of owning it, we’ve put $1000 into a car we paid nearly $17000 for. I fully understand this is a pre-owned vehicle, but it stopped running right within three weeks. The lack of customer service we’ve received is something I’d expect from a shady “Kars 4 Sale” type place and not from a supposedly reputable place like Ourisman. Avoid this dealer at all costs.
