I brought my car in for service and was greeted b the service manager, Ozzie. He took great care of me. I left my car and was told ir would take about 2 hours to service. My sales consultant, Bill (William) was fine, and so was the finance person Amal. Neither were great or terrible, just fine which was much much better than the rest of the interactions. I did everything - I knew the car I wanted, I set the appointment, I drove out there, I completed the initial paperwork online before arriving, I didn't ask about any other cars, I didn't ask any nonsense questions about the vehicle, there was LITERALLY nothing to do except give me the keys and let me sign the papers. I got a text link for filling out paperwork. I filled it out, called the dealership to confirm they got it. This moron answers the phone with music blaring and a cell phone ringing obnoxiously during our call, and tells me "Oh we don't use that form, I have to send you another one." What kind of incompetent group of people would send me paperwork and then tell me they don't use it? I WAS AT THE DEALERSHIP FOR 3 HOURS. I got calls and texts from at least 3 random people, never met any of them. Willie the manager is a clown, he left me at least 2 voicemails that could not have been less helpful or less informative. Whatever random person texted me after my initial inquiry never even bothered to tell me he wouldn't be there for the appointment I set with him. Some other donkey called me and asked when I was coming, I was like "I'll be there when I set the appointment, that's a dumb question." When I arrive some idiot behind a desk asked how he could help me, I told him I had an appointment with Tony, and he promptly shouted some random name across the dealership. That guy didn't respond so he shouted another one. Everyone at the dealership acted to busy to just pull the car around and hand me the keys. I made an appointment and the car was even pulled up to the front. There is no way I could have needed less from the dealership, they did not need to do anything except give me the car I came to buy and take my money. No way it should have been more than an hour. I would never ever buy there again, I would tell other people stay far away. Complete garbage, all the way around. Absolutely terrible. More
