Very shortly after we purchased our used vehicle, we noticed a sound at highway speeds. We had our vehicle diagnosed & discovered a bent rim. When addressing the issue to Ourisman, my girlfriend and her noticed a sound at highway speeds. We had our vehicle diagnosed & discovered a bent rim. When addressing the issue to Ourisman, my girlfriend and her father were told that it was due to my girlfriend improperly driving a sports car & that had caused the damage. When resolving our problem, the tires were incorrectly ordered after Michelin was specifically requested to match all four tires. We waited approximately three weeks for the entire issue to be addressed. During those three weeks it took to have the issue resolved, we struggled to reach associates until we contacted cooperate. Only then were our calls returned. When we picked up the vehicle after service, we noticed new damage on its body. This was incredibly frustrating. I am extremely unsatisfied & disappointed with the way my girlfriend and her father were treated, nor will I be doing business with Ourisman in the future. More
