I previously drove a 2020 Avalon limited hybrid that was attacked by 2 deer and did not survive the attack. I wanted a another hybrid, but my wife was insistent the vehicle be a SUV. I searched Volvo, Audi, attacked by 2 deer and did not survive the attack. I wanted a another hybrid, but my wife was insistent the vehicle be a SUV. I searched Volvo, Audi, Toyota and Lexus dealers and eventually narrowed my choice down to a new RAV hybrid or a new NX350h. I searched for available vehicles throughout Pennsylvania, eastern Ohio, New Jersey, New York and Maryland and essentially found nobody had anything on their lot that wasn't already spoken for. Eventually I got a text message from a sales professional at Ourisman Lexus named Kewei Wu who was polite and available every time I texted or called with questions. It actually took a week to wrap my head around the fact that I could not just order what I wanted and if there was a vehicle available that I liked I would need to just take it. This was the first time in my life car shopping proved to be not fun. However, when I began the steps of purchasing a new vehicle Kewei and a gentleman in finance named James Wang made the entire purchasing experience seamless, and enjoyable. I live in central PA and the drive to Ourisman is 3 plus hours, but because of the interactions I had with these two gentlemen if I were to purchase another Lexus I will seriously consider dealing with the same Ourisman team again. More
