Had excellent experience getting my VW Jetta TDI 2010 serviced at this dealership. They know what they are doing, and follow the procedures in doing the service work! Since then, I had always had a fear of buying because I wasn't sure what "business" the seller would be into.I had a car that had some negative equity and that I was trying to get rid of. He really came through in helping me find a beautiful new VW Jetta in replace of the lemon I once owned. As a young woman, I felt comfortable talking about my past concerns and worries with Alonso. He was not "pushy" and tried his best to find a vehicle that would fit my wants and needs that was still in my price range. He answered all of my questions with authenticity and I felt like he was truly genuine in helping me. I usually don't do reviews about places, but in this case I felt that Alonso's great service should be known. I got an awesome NEW vehicle, at a great interest rate, and that I LOVE. On top of that I had all my children with me at the time, Jimmy offered them highlighters to draw happy faces and coloring books too.
