Expect the same service from this business as a private party seller when buying a used car. Our sales associate, Raleigh, said to contact him following the sale. I attempted to reach Raleigh over the phone, through messages, and over email for one week--all with no return contact and no success. When I did reach someone and schedule service, Raleigh and Naim never turned the car into the service department, never gave me a completion date, and kept the car for an unreasonable amount of time (9 days). Of the 7+ things they (verbally) said they would do, they completed only the 2 items they were legally obligated to. For those two items, they used a "mechanic on the side who is cheaper." This mechanic returned my car messy, with paint on the lights, side of the car, and trunk, as well as peeling paint. All of their actions made their included limited warranty unusable. I hope future used car buyers beware. More
