Congressional was professional, friendly, and quick. We knew what we wanted and were willing to wait until the numbers made sense to us. Victor, our salesman, was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and honest. When we were done with the initial details with Victor we were passed off to Jay and after dealing with such an amazing employee with Victor I was nervous the caliber of employee would drop. You can’t have two extremely amazing people, can you? Well, Congressional does. Jay was funny, detail oriented, quick, and knowledgeable. After all the paperwork was finished and we were out the door with our new car I was inclined to hug both Victor and Jay. They both felt like friends by the end. Purchasing the vehicle was also quite straight forward, and Dana went over all the available options for the car (warranty packages, etc). Both Shannonand Dana were very personable. Before we left, Shannon took us on a tour of the service department, and guided us through syncing my bluetooth with the car and explaining other features. Price was our top factor in deciding from which Mazda to buy. Throughout the entire process, Victor was courteous and professional and eager to explain all the incentives in our particular deal. Not only did Congressional match our Carmax quotes, they even came back before we signed the documents to tell us about 2 other incentives and that we would be receiving an additional $1k off the price of the vehicle. I was extremely pleased with this transaction. It took us only three hours to trade in two vehicles (at a very fair trade-in value) and purchase another. Victor was one of the most straightforward and friendly sales associates I have ever worked with. I would definitely recommend Congressional to any potential car buyer and Victor to anyone looking for knowledgeable and courteous service. Bottom line, we shopped around the area at different Mazda dealerships and Congressional offered the lowest price with the most money for our trade-ins.
