However, I only had seen the car in a car show and my final decision was not made. We absolutely had no plan to finalize any deals tonight, because by the time we got to the Congressional it was very late at night (almost about an hour before closing). Nevertheless, these were all before Ray's welcoming approach (and meeting one of the best AND nicest sale persons I have ever met). I would describe Ray as an extremely professional and sharp person, very knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant and REAL. One of the high qualities (and sorry to say, but rare in his business) that made me feel happier about having this business with them was his sincerity and his open face. He does not make the customer feel any pressure, while he does respond to all questions and requests graciously. He helped us to find the right car for me, with a great patient. They had all the models I liked to try in their inventory, so he took time to let me drive them all, and I even went back and forth and drove 1 or 2 cars more than once (even though they had to close and we were the last customers). During the whole time, he was extremely helpful, supportive and understanding of my needs and requests, without pressure toward any specific choice; he put me at ease to take my time and make the right decision, with the best help I could have expected. I don't think there is a need to mention; I obviously recommend Ray to everybody who read my comment and to my friends/family. He is wonderful in what he does and he is a real genuine person. He has the ability to transform a business to a delightful and efficient experience. I look forward to introduce him to people and to work with him in the future... More

Great Customer service is a hard thing to find these days. Well, not when you are working with Victor Carcamo(Salesman) at Congressional Motors VW/Mazada. Victor's customer service was impeccable and Victor's knowledge and education on the vehicles was quite impressive. His attitude is very relaxing and he kept my mind at easy through out the whole process. I'm so glad that I didn't go anyhwere else to buy my vehicle. I will let everyone I know to visit Victor at Congressional if they are in need of a used or new vehicle. I'm still smiling about the experience!! More

This was my first time buying a new car and I was extremely nervous. I met Victor shortly after arriving and was very impressed with his ability to help me determine not only the car that fit my nee extremely nervous. Victor was not pushy at all and I felt very comfortable having him assist me. He asked me questions to help determine the vehicle that was right for me and then took me outside to view the inventory first hand. When I had decided on what car was for me, he even came outside and made sure I knew how everything worked and set up my blue tooth for me. Great service, did not mind test driving the cars I wanted and was very patient while doing so. Very, very knowledgeable about his lot, and was able to differentiate with honesty the positives and nega wanted and was very patient while doing so. It was worth the wait! We picked a busy day but the staff was friendly and responsive from the start even while we had to wait for a salesperson. Shannon was able to let us test drive the car and answer all of the questions we had. Once we made the decision to purchase, things went very smooth and Jay was a tremendous help. We had no issues and were able to get in and out of the dealership in a new car with a more than fair value for our trade in a couple of hours on New Year's Eve! Would definitely recommend the dealership to others and based on the communications we are still receiving, Congressional Motors is interested in having us as customers for life and we're looking forward to becoming customers for life.
