Fantastic experience all around from initial contact to deal closing. They had really fair pricing, top notch customer service, and really went out of their way to make sure I had all my questions answered deal closing. Patrick was my salesman and he really went the extra mile to make sure he sent over anything I asked for, really worked with his managers to come through with a deal and even came in on his day off to make sure I was taken care of. The whole team did a great job. Not only did they wash my car when they were done but they found me an empty desk where I could get my work done. Free WiFi too! William at Ourisman helped make my car buying experience relaxing and comfortable. He was quick to respond to all of my questions and even made a custom video to give me a virtual tour of my 4Runner before relaxing and comfortable.
