This dealership is a rip off. I bought Toyota parts at the parts counter, and they charged almost double the Toyota MSRP for the parts. Also if you pay with a credit card they cha I bought Toyota parts at the parts counter, and they charged almost double the Toyota MSRP for the parts. Also if you pay with a credit card they charge an extra fee. You can definitely tell this dealership group is from Northern Virginia. More

Don’t expect them to payoff your trade in a timely manner, my car was traded weeks ago and my new loan has been set up but my original loan has not been paid off with my bank. Why?
