Melanie was teaching John how to enter information in their computer system. She explained the process clearly and thoroughly. John showed me where to wait and offered me coffee. My tires were adjusted within a few minutes and there was no charge. My family bought our first Subarus many years ago from Matt Slap before we moved out of state. Everyone I came into contact with was very pleasant & helpful. I was asked to ride with someone so they could hear the noise I was hearing.
