Easy to schedule appointment, quick service and prompt notice that the car was ready. The service tech noticed small items needing attention- wiper blades, tire rotation, but didn’t push on items that wer notice that the car was ready. Fantastic is the only way to describe their help. On the way from upstate NY to Baltimore at 3PM on the afternoon before Thanksgiving, 2017 Imprezza started making a loud noise. Turns out that the On the way from upstate NY to Baltimore at 3PM on the afternoon before Thanksgiving, 2017 Imprezza started making a loud noise. Turns out that the rear brakes suddenly went. We called and they took the car right in so that we could continue the trip. It took less than 1 hour and we were back on our way. You can't ask for more. If we lived closer we would certainly purchase our next Subaru from them More

John immediately understood my problem, and offered to see if Matt Slap Subaru could help me even though I was not a regular customer. He spoke with his manager who readily agreed to have their technician see if Matt Slap Subaru could help me even though I was not a regular customer. He spoke with his manager who readily agreed to have their technician measure the pressure in my tires and check why the low pressure light was staying on. Melanie was teaching John how to enter information in their computer system. She explained the process clearly and thoroughly. John showed me where to wait and offered me coffee. My tires were adjusted within a few minutes and there was no charge. My family bought our first Subarus many years ago from Matt Slap before we moved out of state. I highly recommend Matt Slap Subaru and highly commend John and Melanie. More
