Fantastic is the only way to describe their help. On the way from upstate NY to Baltimore at 3PM on the afternoon before Thanksgiving, 2017 Imprezza started making a loud noise. Melanie was teaching John how to enter information in their computer system. She explained the process clearly and thoroughly. John showed me where to wait and offered me coffee. My tires were adjusted within a few minutes and there was no charge. My family bought our first Subarus many years ago from Matt Slap before we moved out of state.
