Hands down, Ourisman in Laurel, and most importantly Laura Josep I started out looking for a Honda Odyssey van by going to several dealerships in MD. Hands down, Ourisman in Laurel, and most importantly Laura Joseph, were so wonderful to work with that this experience was very pleasurable and fun. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or even used car. The staff was courteous and the place was clean. Overall on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give this place a 10. Condescending, pushy, salesman, worthless car, bad service Sold me a bad car. The car refused to start a mere 35 days after purchases and they refuse to take responsibility. The car-buying experience itself was horrendous; I had to wait around 6 hours *after* deciding to buy. They were condescending, patronising and tried to push their financing even though I came i pre-approved with a better rate. That should've been my warning. This place is a joke and should be run out of business. Buyer beware. More
