I purchased an Audi S5 from this dealership in November 2024. Before driving 50 miles to see the car, I specifically confirmed with Mike that the summer tires would be replaced with all-season tires. He later called to say the all-season tires had been installed, which is why I agreed to move forward and test drive the vehicle. When I arrived, I again confirmed that the tires had been replaced, and he assured me they had. He even went as far as showing me the CarFax report showing me the tires were replaced. Today, during a routine service appointment, I was told the tires needed to be replaced. When I explained that new all-season tires were installed at the time of purchase, the service team informed me that the car is actually equipped with summer tires. This is just one of several issues I encountered during my buying experience. I overlooked a lot because I truly love the car, but the pattern is impossible to ignore. When purchasing the car, I was told repeatedly that I could use my credit card for the down payment with no fee—only to learn at the end of the process that there was a 3% charge. I spent nearly a month chasing updates about getting the hood painted, which was part of the agreement. I waited over a month for a spare key I was told multiple times was “in the mail.” Once they have your money, Mike and his team seem to have no interest in follow-through or customer service. With the tire issue, it’s my word against theirs, so I’m not expecting much resolution—but buyers should be aware. These are not honest or professional business practices. For additional context, while looking through my messages today trying to find the tire agreement in writing, I found texts I sent at the time telling friends about the great deal I got—including new tires and brakes. I wouldn’t have said that if it hadn’t been communicated to me. There is no way I will ever purchase a vehicle from this dealership or any Ourisman dealership again. My recommendation: stay away from this dealership. More

Reached out on Wednesday and worked with Devon to set an appointment for Saturday afternoon to see the car. I live 200 miles away in Virginia, so this was not a jaunt down the street. Saturday morning, I loaded up the family and headed out. At about 11 am, we got a call from Nick the sales manager confirming we were coming out. Told him yes and Nick said the car would be cleaned and waiting when we arrived. Once we arrived a little after 2 pm, I was told Devon was out on a test drive and would be back shortly. And uh, he was test driving with another customer in the Mini I drove to test drive. We waited for 30 minutes for him to return. When Devon approached me, he said I could go look at it, but he had to run some numbers for the other people. Devon said that just because he was running numbers for someone else, doesn't mean a deal would happen. I told him we didn't drive 200 miles on a Saturday to deal with these tactics, we had an appointment to see the car and this was not right. I was then told that the cars are first come first serve. The other people arrived 10 minutes before our appointment! He then proceeded to lie about calling and texting me while my family just stared at him in disbelief. Not once did we get a call or text from him or the dealership after the conversation at 11am. At this point, we had had enough and we decided to leave. Devon was trying to get us to stay, but there was no way I would ever do business with this dealership after this treatment. More

This all happened because she asked me how the service was and I told her disappointing as they didn't have the parts I needed or the car that was supposed to be reserved for me and I told her not to be sorry but do better. From the start, I was concerned that my location would be an issue [I live in NY]. They said "no problem" and delivered the car right to my parking spot. Ian Walker made the business process super smooth. [First time in my life I never felt pressured to buy extras.] Since I couldn't do a live walk around to learn about the car and its features, Dan Schumm suggested we do it by phone so I could be in the car. We spent almost three hours on the phone and I never felt rushed. Dan G, Sam, Ian and Dan S made this lease the easiest of the 15+ leases I've had. I had a lot of questions throughout the process and the team was always available and helpful. This was documented on a "We Owe" form. I have tried on several occasions, contacting the sales rep, n reply, and spoke to the used car manager once and left messages. No answer and no response. No one has contacted me. It use to be in life you could trust people. A person's word was a bond. Those ethics no longer apply at Ourisman. More
