The manager, Mr. Mowar( sorry spelling) is a very delightful professional, knowledgeable, people oriented person, He models the behavior which he expects from his staff and they all seem to do a good job. The person whom I deal with most of the time is Ray. He is thorough, patient, knowlegeable and pleasant as well. He is no nonsense and gives great advice. Unlike some service departments which attempt to take advantage of those without that expertise, he explains the entire circumstances and processes. I live in another town but the drive is worth the treatment and care received. More

We bought our first S60 4 years ago wh We recently stopped by Ourisman Volvo in Frederick just to look at the new XC60's. The service was EXCELLENT! We bought our first S60 4 years ago when it was FSK Volvo and we've used them for all of our service. The experience pulling into the lot was top notch. Will, our sales rep, was very helpful when we told him we just wanted to look at the new Volvo crossovers. He took his time and answered all of our questions while never pushing us towards a sale. He even took the time to pull out an XC60 and an XC90 and placed them side by side and let us test drive them both. This helped us make a decision that we should upgrade from our S60 to a 2015.5 XC60. Once we told them we would like to buy the real service kicked in. Everyone from the sales manager, the finance manager, to the service manager took the time to ensure we got the best deal possible. When the time comes to trade in our second car, Ourisman will be the only dealer we will go see. More

Dishonest schemers, avoid at all cost!!! Got sold a car with a crash history under the premise that it was as good as new by being shown an outdated carfax report!! Got treated like a rabid animal when I tried to complain and was kicked out of their dealership!!! It began with Mike, our salesman, who was just a really nice guy. He was honest and friendly and spent a lot of time with us answering our many questions. We never felt pressured. Greg, the manager, was so willing to work with us and gave a us a GREAT price. One we could not pass up! And then there was Matt, in finance, who made our transaction so smooth and easy. motor leaking oil My problems all started here and I was told that there was nothing wrong with the car. I will never purchase another Audi! The brand new one was leaking a quart of oil every 1,000 miles. I jade to take it to Lana Audi were they had to pull the motor and replace the piston and rings. The car was always at the dealership. The worst part was Audi never made it right and I had to trade it. Now there is a class action lawsuit for all 2.0 turbo motors made from 09 to 12. More

I purchased my Audi from these guys last month. I did a lot of shopping around. Was told the car was not available by 2 other dealers. The other dealers tried hard to get me to buy a car they had that I lot of shopping around. Was told the car was not available by 2 other dealers. The other dealers tried hard to get me to buy a car they had that I did not want. One dealer tried to sell me a GMC product and another dealer even tried to sell me a used Audi, telling me that it was almost new (60,000 miles) but it was not even a CPO car!!! I went to FSK Audi and was put at ease almost immediately. There was no pressure at all. The salesman told me they did not have the car I wanted but actually spent time with me anyway! Customer service...what a concept. We narrowed down what it was I wanted and he promised to call me in a few hours to let me know if they found something. They found the car I wanted that day and I was driving off in it 2 days later. I am purposely omitting names as everyone, and I mean everyone was so helpful. The day I went to pick up my car, my salesman was tied up and the guy that greeted me bent over backwards to help me until he was available. He even took me to my new car and started going over it....Great teamwork, great people and an AWESOME experience.... More
