Frank told us that when asked if he likes selling cars he replies that he’s not sure he does. Or rather, that’s not the focal point of why he enjoys his work. “It’s all about the people for me. I love having conversations with people and building relationship. Selling cars is secondary.” This rang true with our experience with Frank. He was warm and welcoming and honest. He went beyond the expected to make our experience good, and even after the sale was made kept offering different ways he could help with our next steps. We came in looking for a cheaper used car. We weren’t the sale of the day by any means. But Frank made us feel valued and important. We enjoyed working with Overturf. The staff were all very friendly, honest, and The cars were reasonably priced. We will check out Overturf again in the future for sure. More
