Don’t bring your vehicle in for a service, they provide service without consulting you about the problem first then like to overcharge you for electrical tape. I have enjoyed my 2017 Kia Niro since I purchased it in September 2017. It was the first model in this line and had a few issues. The sales as expected didn't do much after the initial sale. The service department has went downhill in recent years. I have had to replace both headlights multiple times and the only solution offered was expensive diagnostics. They convinced my wife to pay over $138 for 2 new lamps even though only 1 was out. Told her if they went out in less then a year bring the car in and they will replace and figure out what is going on. It went out yet again but because it's been over 12,000 miles the warranty is no good. Wanted to charge her $238 just to look at it. I had autozone replace it for $21 free labor and to no suprise the old lamp is the exact same make and model. I'll be looking for a new dealership that wants to keep the consumer coming back. More

Stopped by Overturf VW Kia to wish Doug a happy Thanksgiving and to see what VW Atlas inventory was arriving in the near future. Frank is I wonderful individual, working to understand what your needs are, either at the moment or in the future. Frank will address what you needs are not focusing on a sale at that specific moment. So enjoyable to deal with. More

He told us after a few patient hours, I can show you every car on the lot, but the things that are necessary for you are a comfortable seat, all wheel drive with decent gas mileage a very close third.
