As soon as I said that I wanted the vehicle, a couple of Overturf employees DROVE to Seattle that night to pick it up. This was all a surprise for my wife and the whole team made this so special for us. Without me asking, they tied balloons to the vehicle and recorded her reaction when she saw it! I had met Frank back in 2009 when I purchased my very first car from him @ Toyota of Tricities. I had not seen him since that very day. I did some research online trying to find a good car but also trying to stay away from Toyota’s because I feel the newer models all look the same and are over priced. A brother of mine mentioned, “look @ Kias... you will fall in love! Plus they are #1 rated safest vehicles.” So I go online and quickly fall in love with a 2020 Kia Optima S! 😍 I send an email to schedule a test drive. I then received an email from the salesman @ Overturf... Guess who?! Frank! 10 + years later from purchasing my very first car with Frank, he is the one responding to my inquiry. It was mind blowing that after SO long we crossed paths once again! This man is amazing @ what he does! Knowledgeable and funny. He makes buying a car be the smoothest buy ever. The car I wanted was not on the lot, but he made sure to look for one near by and was delivered to me in less than a week. I will recommend anyone wanting to buy a car go with Frank.
