I scheduled service for Monday and dropped off for a 2 hour job. I had to call at 3:00 for them to tell me they didn't get to it until Tuesday. I had to get a loaner car. Tuesday I got a call that they di hour job. I had to call at 3:00 for them to tell me they didn't get to it until Tuesday. I had to get a loaner car. Tuesday I got a call that they didn't have the part even though I told them what needed to be fixed. It was finally finished Wednesday for $200 more dollars then a repair shop and I had to pay 2% more for using a card which I wasn't told would happen until I got there. Not good service. I will avoid coming back if I can. More

I was so disappointed with my recent service visit. One item didn't get completed with no explanation. They put the wrong oil in and overfilled the crankcase. The dipstick was not fully inserted.
