I got overcharged. I have never had to pay $90 for an oil change before. They didn’t not notify me of the price beforehand. Why would I want to return when the price is sooo high compared to every surrounding place that can change my oil cheaper. I was recommended this place by my mother, who has bought multiple cars there. She was extremely disappointed to learn I was ripped off after recommending it & doesn’t plan to recommend it anymore. The crew at the body shop are top notch. I was in with a 'small' problem. The hinge on my fuel filler door had partially broken loose, if it had totally broken the possibility of it totally I was in with a 'small' problem. The hinge on my fuel filler door had partially broken loose, if it had totally broken the possibility of it totally falling off was quite high. With it gone the mechanism that allows you to open the driver's side sliding door would be disabled. Of course it would require a replacement door and painting. And no matter how good a match they were able to do it would never be a perfect match with the blending and all. And they know that anything less than a perfect match would not be pleasing. Chuck was able to do a tack weld without destroying the paint finish. I was somewhat concerned about that happening. Chuck was able to pull it off. Definitely two ???? for Chuck! More
